It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is current and to notify us of any changes. Refunds for past recurring charges are not guaranteed.

4. Tax-Exempt Status

Yad Moshe is a DBA of Mabas Fund, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are generally tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors are encouraged to consult with a tax advisor regarding deductibility.

Donation receipts will be provided upon request or automatically upon completion of payment.
